I love this costume and so did my 5yr old daughter. She was begging me to get this for her and she didn't want anything else for halloween. I was afraid it wasn't going to fit her because most of the customer feedbacks were about the small fit, but it fit my daughter perfectly. My daughter wears a size 5 in clothes but she is very small. She still has some clothes that are 3T and 4T that still fit her. The tights fit her perfect as well. I was very pleased to see the look on my daughters face when I opened the box. I am very pleased with my order. I'm just waiting on the wig to arrive.

Toy Story 3 Blast-Off Buzz Lightyear Review

This is a very cool Buzz Lightyear with some minor flaws, though. I haven't had him very long, so I can't say anything on durability, but he appears to be somewhat solid. My main issue is the articulation-- 'Blast Off Buzz' does exactly that. His articulation is designed to let him fly around, and not much else. His arms don't come down very far, about 45° at most. On the other hand, he has great mobility if you want his arms above his head (flying a la Superman). His knees and ankles DO bend, though they are VERY stiff, I was worried that I was breaking something at first. I would be very cautious about this, particularly with younger kids, since they might not be able to tell the difference between 'being stiff' and 'breaking', and push too hard. Again, not the best range of motion. If that's what you're looking for, a different Buzz might be up your alley.


The only other thing I have to say is that it's very easy to accidentally tap his buttons and cause him to talk without meaning to, which isn't that great for battery life or sanity after a certain point. Unfortunately, I've yet to find an 'off switch' to help preserve both, unless it's in his battery pack, which is a little difficult to get to. It's under the screwed-in plate under his wings (which you get to by popping his back panel off-- don't worry, it comes off pretty easily and the pegs that hold it in look very solid, you just need to pull straight out. Still, best if you do this for your child, so as to not risk snapping the pegs.

All in all, however, I think he's great-- his wings and buttons (including laser) all work just like they should, and it's Tim Allen's voice coming out of the voice box. I laughed so hard the first time I heard him introduce himself, only to be followed by a musical theme. I'd suggest doing some research and checking on other versions first, but if you think this is right for your child (or for you!) I would definitely recommend him.

My daughter LOVES singing and music, so for her 2nd birthday, I bought her this CD player. At the time, there were not too many reviews and they were very hit or miss, but really there is not much of market for children's toy radios with microphones so I took a chance and I am glad I did. It's been 6 months now and she really enjoys it. It has held up well to rough handling by a 2 year old as well as her constantly sticking the microphone in her mouth with the "aaaaaaaaaahhhhh" as another reviewer mentioned. I haven't bought an AC adapter yet and agree it would be nice, but my daughter likes to move around and dance with it so I'm not sure it would work for her, but truthfully the first set of batteries held up well and I'm now on my second set of batteries after 6 months. The only things that I think could be improved about this is that: 1) the volume can be a little wonky. You have to set the volume up very high, like over 20, to really hear it. The lower volume numbers are ridiculously low. Also, the microphone seems to have MUCH a louder volume as compared to the music no matter what. 2) The microphone coil is pretty short (which might make sense for safety reasons, but it is not unusual to hear that screeching noise due to microphone interference. Obviously, I would prefer microphone interference to a strangulation hazard, but if they can't make the coil longer, then I think they need to address the microphone interference. 3) while I really like the hold function which prevents the child from constantly rewinding, fast forwarding, stopping, etc. while the music is playing, it has a drawback, which is that the child CAN open the cd player while the hold button is on. So if they are very determined like my daughter, they can succeed in playing with the buttons to make it do something other than play music, such as insert, remove cd player, stick your finger in when cd is spinning. Frankly, I think the open and close feature should be disabled while a cd is playing. Now, these are just helpful suggestions if the maker was interested in improvement, but I am actually really happy all in all with the CD player. Seems like I got lucky because it's been 6 months and it keeps working. Also, shop around for this, because the prices are highly variable.

My daughter is probably the greatest Snow White fan walking the surface of the Earth and we either bought or
got as a gift most possibly every convievable Snow White doll on the market:-) oh.. maybe not but still we have
quite a stash :)

So we go this one too.

It is very nice doll and although it is not as perfectly made as the Disney orignal doll (mind this that this is Mattel made for Disney so the quality is not really as high, it shows in lesser fabric dress quality and bit less
refined face) but hey.. don't just yet run to ge the Disney Doll. let me tell you this:

We have a fantabulous Snow White Cottage Dollhouse that I have never enough of watching my daughter to play with and sometimes I do join her with pleasure :-) ssssssshhh!...

anyhow.. The Snow White Cottage calls for Snow White Doll of course and so we have the one who is ment to go with it.. the disney store authentic one with two dwarfs and a brush.. set.. kind.

and we have the Seven Dwarfs Deluxe set that was ment to go with the Snow Whtie Cottage PlaySet Dollhouse
but now the best part comes:

the Dollhouse needed a Seven Dwarfs Deluxe set with Doc that whistles when you lift his arm..

so now you do the math!

even if the Disney doll is bit cuter or better quality, it can't sing or say a thing!

so when we got this doll we were just mesmerised, as our little one. This one really seem to go super
with the Dwarf set since Doc can whistle and this Snow White can talk and sing.. even if it is to the bird
but still :-)

You can read all aobut the features of this doll in other reviews and the info about the little thingy
that you need to pull to make it talk full phrases and more then demo one..

so I will spare you...

but if you are thinking weather you should buy it or not... my recommendation is to buy it as
it is really cute, exceptional and you will love it. At some point you might buy other Snow White
figures, we have many as stated above but let me tell you.. this one is a keeper.

If you do own the Snow White Cottage Dollhouse then she will be cute addition to it,
if you don't then one day you might want to buy it for her and build around this..
if you never get the Dollhouse, you still will have the cutest singing Snow White in town.

Oh and btw.. if you want to compare this Doll with authenic Disney Snow White click on my

Disney store so you will have a better picture to make informed decission.

Henry is a classic engine and part of the 8 core characters in Thomas and Friends. He is in almost every video and essential, unfortunately he is not combined with any video (that i know of) so you just have to look at the bargain bin like i do. At first I was not sure to get Henry because he originally had a very inaccurate looking tender in his old model. Now he is sleeker and much better looking. While pricey, it is a great train to get, as the last review says if you get Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy, and Toby, (numbers 1-7) they are great for learning numbers. Also Henry's tender, combined with others, can be great freight cars for those who don't want to pay even more. Henry in general is a very quality train with more wood than plastic and he is a great asset to any fan.

I tried to edit the number of stars I had originally given this product. I had ordered previously the "Farm" chunky puzzle... I loved it. Each piece was hand painted, completely, and has exceptional quality. SO, for Christmas I ordered her 3 more... BUT, they aren't made the same. These puzzles (Sea Life, Safari, and Pets) are NOT painted. They simply have stickers slapped on the front. The sides and underneath are completely unfinished. As a result, after my toddler playing with them for only 6 weeks, they are starting to peel apart. The first PAINTED puzzle is 2 years old, and still in GREAT shape. I am really disappointed that these 3 were made so much more cheaply.

I bought this for my 5 year old son about 2 weeks ago for 2010 Halloween and he loves it! Mom to son; if it makes him happy, it makes me happy. Mom to mom; will work for Halloween and maybe some playtime fun for a short while after but I don't expect it to last too long. The material is very thin and since we live in NH, he will be wearing it over his nice warm jammies (which we're used to because for some reason, manufacturers assume that EVERYONE lives in year round 90 degree weather!). One thing that I was very surprised confused and not happy about is that the hood is not attached to the shirt. That doesn't make any sense to me. All the ties are fine, but since they are not attached (loose pieces of fabric) I will tie them above his knees and elbows in double knots so they don't slip (although I'm Pretty sure I will have to re-tie at least one strip, one time before our Trick-or-Treat night is over). I ordered my son a small, he is an average sized 5 year old boy (46lbs; 44") and it fits well (over his long underwear). Over all, the price fits this product well (I wouldn't pay more for it) and it made my son very happy.

If you ask me, Austin's a weird looking dude with that long head of his, but he's still cool, and often gets overshadowed by the other Backyardigans. But it's time to shine with this Beanie Baby, and Ty did a great job converting him to plush form. Austin looks nearly identical to how he does in the show, though the mouth throws me off a little still. The stitching on his eyes, nose, eyebrows and mouth is fantastic, and my daughter's didn't have any problems coming unraveled. He's not under or overstuffed either, so unless you happen to get one that quality control might've overlooked, your Austin shouldn't have any problems with a droopy head. There aren't any parts on this that your child could choke on since it's well-made, and the colors will appeal to anyone.

This is a great little plush. If your child loves the Backyardigans, or just Austin, this is a must. Go for it before they retire them!

Our set is 7 years old and on its 5th child. This toy has been a favorite of all my kids, boys and girls, as toddlers, preschoolers and older. It is absorbing and lends itself to group play even better than blocks, since there are problems relating to the gears to solve that seem to override "artistic differences" that cause so many fights with block building. My children were never so intent and cooperative playing together than with this toy. The bucket is huge and sturdy-- like a contractor might use, seriously. My only minor complaint is that the little pegs the gears snap on to have broken off on 4 of our pieces-- but 4 out of 150 after years of intense use is still not bad. My advice is to definitely avoid the motorized, lighted, and theme sets-- the mechanical challenges and possibilities of this set are interesting enough, and IMO kids should have time to focus on those things without the "entertainment" level getting involved.

This toy is, hands down, the absolute best toy ever made. I know that sounds extreme but this thing has kept my son busy from age 6 months to now (he is currently 20 months). This is a nice product.

SET UP:
This product is easy to configure, and perhaps should take 10 minutes. Does not come with instructions. It should be set especially for those who have never given up before a tent. If you have not always done, you should see the picture on the box. Basically consists of setting the tent on the ground, the cable mounting shock of the two poles (screw them all together by tightening of the pole in the attached couplers,and then tighten the two poles of a set of cycles. The cycles of each of the four corners of the tent to run up to the roof and back to the opposite corner. There are links on the roof to the top of the tent and attach to the poles.

We bought the tent for our 8 years, and she loves it.

DESIGN:
The tent is colored. It 's the size of the advertising is just under 5', 5 'and 4' high at the center. One of the four wallshas no openings. Make your back, if you want to place the tent against a wall. One wall has a zipper (best access point for large adults). The other two walls each have a circular opening and a "door" that are draped and can be mounted above the opening set and rolled to the entrance. An adult can not you use these big holes (small frame). Inside the tent is spacious. I'm an average height of a man and about 210 kg, and I sat in the tent with my 8 yearsold and there is still room for a few more children, so young, old, as a rule, its 8 years old, my, her 13 sisters and a brother 21 years and 16 years. So it is easy to maintain, some children. The tent has a floor that seems to be permanent. It is not too thin, but it is also a very heavy gauge. Again it is a tent stake. The roof is mostly mesh, which play a bit 'more privacy for the children admitted in a tent, but parents can participate. It also provides for air flow and canHot air rises and out.

USE:
This tent is very large, only room in your home for them. 5x5 is a lot of space. But it's good because it is suitable for adults or older siblings in the tent and allowed to play with their children / younger siblings. It 's like a tent indoor / outdoor advertising. It is impossible to use indoors. As for the exterior, I would like to emphasize two things: Normally a halter outdoor tent, even a little ', with ropes and stakes. There are cycles, etc. on thisTent to do so but would need ropes and stakes his offer. The other thing is, as mentioned above, the upper part of the fabric roof is a "mesh". When it rained a certain extent, it should add the water.

Overall, this tent is a great price, the device is fast and seems pretty stable. I think it's high enough quality for up to a maximum of some accommodations, but of course, when kids jump up, then parts can break or knock over. This is a nice size. My kids love it.You sit in it at night and play cards and "off" with a lantern and appetizers.

I really do not think you can go wrong with this tent, since it is not cost any more than DVD movies.

I would have 5 stars, but there were 4 such as the sale of a product that requires no installation guide is nonsense. While it is easy, especially if you have set up tents, the manufacturer should also refer to the novice.

We love doing this as a family -- getting the caterpillars, watching them grow, watching them spin silk, noticing all the changes.

An excellent companion book is "From Caterpillar to Butterfly" -- a Let's-Read-And-Find-Out science book. The learning level on the book is kindergarten and up, and the illustrations and information are EXCELLENT.

When ordering the larvae from Insect Lore, please note it takes a LONG time to receive your caterpillars. The timing seems way off. So far it hasn't mattered for us, but the wait time can be 3 or 4 weeks. It is regrettable there's no way to coordinate it so that the live butterflies can be released as part of a child's birthday celebration (for example).

BE CAREFUL ordering the larvae in the summer -- caterpillars need to ship in cooler weather.
